Seperation And Structure Elucidation Of Alkaloids From Chinese Drug Buzhaye, Folium Microcos

Folium Microcos, a Chinese drug used most commonly in China, is mainly cultivated in different regions in Guangdong ,guangxi ,Hainan and yunnan provinces. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this herb is considered as having follow indications:to clear away heat and toxic material , to relieve stagnation and promote digestion , to relieve thirstiness and whet the appetite . It is the main constituent of"guangdong herb tea""ganhe tea " "liuhe tea " and "xiancaoshuang herb tea" .But most of the constituents were unknown, except five flavones ,two flavonoid glycosides and one alkaloid from the cortex. Therefore ,it is necessary to study the constituents,especially the alkaloids .In this thesis, the alkaloids extracted with EtOH from the dried Folium Microcos were seperated by silica gel column chromatography and recrystallization,the structure of four alkaloids were elucidated respectively by means of physicochemical properties and UV,MS,NMR,. They are, N-Methyl-6β-(deca-l′,3′,5′-trienyl)-3β-methoxy-2β-methylpiperidine(A1),6-(deca-l′,3′,5′-trienyl)-3-methoxy-2-methylpiperidine(A2),N-Methyl-6-(deca-l′,3′,5′-trienyl)-2,3-dimethylpiperi-dine(A3),N-Methyl-6-(deca-l′,3′,5′-trienyl)-2-methylpiperidine(A4). A2,A3 and A4are new compounds.
