All analysis were carried out using SPSS software . Results:1,there are 16 cases to find Her-2 gene amplification,the positive rate was 35.56%. Her-2 proteinum total positive rate was 60.00%.2,Her-2 proteinum positive rate was 42.86% in ER positive group,75.00% in ER negative group; Her-2 proteinum positive rate was 45.83% in PR positive group,76.19% in PR negative group; Her-2 proteinum positive rate was 50.00% in both of ER and PR positive group,73.33% in both of ER and PR negative group.. 3,Her-2 proteinum positiv expression was lower in ER positive group than in ER negative group(P<0.05); Her-2 proteinum positiv expression was lower in PR positive group than in PR negative group(P<0.05); Her-2 proteinum positiv expression was significant lower in PR positive group than in PR negative group(P<0.05);Conclusion:1,In this investigation, Her-2/neu gene amplification had no statistical significance with breast cancer tissue classify,but we can see with the increase of tissue classify,it was to increase gradually that the incidence rate of the amplification of Her-2 gene in the short of differentiation of breast cancer. Proteinum expression had obvious difference betweenâ… class andâ…¢class in tissue classify(P<0.05),this manifest Her-2/neu gene proteinum expression had obvious correlation with breast cancer differentiation.2,The expression of Her-2 had negative correlation with the expression ER,PR and increased with the increase of tumor tissue classify; the amplification and overexpression of Her-2 gene and proteinum foreshow breast cancer was insensitive for some treatment plan and unfavourable prognosis.
