Mismatch Negativity is a component of auditory event related potentials,generated by the brain's automatic response to change in auditory stimulation and correslates closely with distinguish. Mismatch Negativity can be measured in the absence of attention and without any task requirement ,which makes it suitable for testing different clinical populations especially infants.ABR 40HzAERP and ASSR ,which we use clinical technique generally cannot do .Researched the effect on normal young people's Mismatch Negativity caused by the acoustic difference of frequency and intensity. Emphatically observed the effect on the latency and amplitude of normal young people's Mismatch Negativity, as well as the hurdle value which may induce the acoustic difference of the Mismatch Negativity. 24 adults subjects under pure tone test all have the pure sound hearing range within 20dBHL. By using the Smart EP, ear potentiometer provided by the company of Intelligent Hearing, to measure the Mismatch Negativity and observe the rule of the change by the difference of frequency and intensity to the latency and amplitude of normal people's Mismatch Negativity. Along with the decreasing of the difference of the frequency, the Mismatch Negativity latency extends step by step. The swing of the Mismatch Negativity decreases gradually, and along with the decrease of the intensity difference, Mismatch Negativity latency extends step by step. Mismatch Negativity wave is stable.especially, Mismatch Negativity latency is more stable than Mismatch Negativity amplity.A stable Mismatch Negativity graph is one of an important indicator of objective physiological test with hearing distinguish.Mismatch Negativity may be used to assess the speech recognition ability of patients with different form hearing loss .the exact prediction and assessment of the speech perception gain of hearing rehabilitation and treatment is the key of selecting rehabilitation strategy correctly.
