Purpose: The aim of the study was to observe the curative effect of the Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis Treated with Jing jia ji,GB20,DU16, SJ5 and EX-HN1.Methods:The oberservation included 45 cases of cervical vertebral artery disease, All of them were treated by puncturing Jing jia ji,GB20,DU16, SJ5 and EX-HN1. The patient got the treatment three times a week, have a rest in weekend . A course include 10 times of treatment. Then compared thecurative effect before and after one course. Evaluate the curative effect with the clinical efficacy criteria ,the scale of functional and emotional statu.Results :There were 22 cases cured of 48.89%,14 cases progressed of 42.22%,and 4cases ineffective of 8.89%.The total efficiency rate was 91.11%.Conclusions:1.Puncturing Jing jia ji,GB20,DU16, SJ5 and EX-HN1 has obvious effect on the Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis.2. The effect has negative correlation with course of disease and age, has significant correlation with the type of chinese medicine.3. The curative effect of the treatment is significant,which was evaluated by the clinical efficacy criteria, the scale of functional and emotional statu.
