The Clinical Effect Of Yinxingdamo Injection On Patient With Acute Ischemic Stroke Of Different Syndromes Of Traditioal Chinese Medicine

[Objective]:To observe the clinical effect of Yinxingdamo injection On patient with of different syndromes of acute ischemic stroke of Traditioal Chinese Medicine and evaluate its of clinical application[Method]:The study received 106 patient of Acute Ischemic Stroked who were Chosen from the first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and divided them into six classification of syndrome of TCM,every classification is divided into treatment group and controll group randomly,patients in control group were treated with moder medicine treatment,patients in treatment group were accepted the same therapy of modern medicine as control groups and Yinxingdamo injection(put this injection into 0.9%normal saline solution or glucose solution 250ml, intravenous drip,once a day).the observing time is one week.we observe their clinical syndromes and the score of nerve Functional defect after a week.[Results]:there is a significant difference betweed the total efficiency of the treatment group(83.9%)and the control group(54.9%)(P＜0.05),the effective power of the treatment group is higher than the control group.for the clinical curative effect,among different syndromes of Traditioal Chinese Medicine,within wind-odstructing meridian type,phlegm type,blood-stasis type,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＜0.05).it showed better therapeutic effects in treatment group compaired with control group;within fire-hot type,deficiency of qi type,deficiency of yin-blood type,these treatment groups were better than control group,but there isn't a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P＞0.05).it can' t showed better therapeutic effects in treatment group compaired with control group,comparing with different classification syndrome of TCM in treatment group,Yinxingdamo injection group in different syndromes of the total efficiency are as follows: phlegm type 92.8,wind-odstructing meridian type 92.3%,blood-stasis type 90%,fire-hot type 77.7%,deficiency of qi type 66.7%,deficiency of yin-blood type 60%,for the clinical curative effect,within every type,there isn't a significant difference(P＞0.05).[Conclusion]The study proves that the treatment of Yinxingdamo injection,which based on the therapy of modern medicine,was effective in treating Acute Ischemic Stroke.It can relieve clinical syndromes and nervous function defect significantly,comaring with different classification of syndrome of TCM in treatment group,the best therapeutic effects is phlegm type,the worst therapeutic effects is deficiency of yin-blood type.the rule of therapeutic effects is phlegm type＞wind-odstructing meridian type＞phlegm type＞wind-odstructing meridian type＞blood-stasis＞typefire-hot type＞deficiency of qi type＞deficiency of yin-blood type.As a result,We shoud take different treaments for different syndromes of acute ischemic stroke of Traditioal Chinese Medicine in the clinical care.
