| In the experiment, intragastric administration was used to KM rats by gradient dose for poison test.the results can help the security and public health of green food.In the experiment,100 KM rats(17-22g) were assigned to five groups randomly, the test last six weeks,Each group was supplied manganese with 0mg/kg,80mg/kg, 160mg/kg,320mg/kg and 640mg/kg.The experiment was conduced to study the product performance, serum biochemical index and the effect of manganese density on bone, meet and liver by different levels of manganese. The result of test showed that the level of manganese had no significant effect on the average weight(p>0.05),but had significant effect on weekly weight added(p<0.05).in the trials, the group 80mg/kg had highest average weight and weekly weight gain.at the same time, the appetite was decreased with the levels of manganese up,and the group 80mg/kg had lowest feed conversion rate. The level of manganese had much inflences on organ index numbers(p>0.05),especially on liver index number and lung index number. The measure trail of serum biochemical indexes indicated that the serum TCH and TG decreased compered with the group of 0mg/kg.when the level of manganese up to 80mg/kg-320mg/kg,AMY and GLU increased both, but there was no significant effect also compered with the group of 0mg/kg.There was no significant change on the serum TP, ALB and GLO with the level of manganese. The sediment of manganese in meet, liver and bone had significant among these groups(p<0.05),especially the sediment of manganese in bone had the most significant on 7d,21d and 28d(p<0.01).the sediment of manganese in liver and meet had the most significant on 14d(p<0.01).At the end of test without intragastric administration, the number of sediment of meet and liver decreased, while the number of sediment of manganese in bone not only decreased but also up to 1.36 times than the sediment of 28d.Histopathologically,the level of manganese had done harm to heart, liver, spleen, kidney, liver and heart, the function of liver, spleen, kidney had been damaged. |
