| ObjectiveTo study content and distribution characteristic of thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP) in nasal mucosa of murine model of allergic rhinitis.Methods16 6-week-old BALB/c mice were divided into control group and experiment group. Experimental group mice were sensitized by means of intranasal dropping in and systemic intraperitoneal injection applying of OVA. Meanwhile mice of control group were dealt with applying of physiological saline instead of OVA. Detect content of TSLP in nasal mucosa of mice by means of real-time PCR and investigate its distribution by means of immunohistochemistry after models were built successfully.ResultsCompared with the control,content of TSLP was obviously higher in nasal mucosa of murine models of allergic rhinitis than that of control group. It was distributed mainly in lamina propria and on the surface of epithelium mucosae.Conclusions As a cell factor,TSLP maybe takes an important role in mouse allergic rhinitis. |
