| Objective: With the experimental study, the present paper discusses the influence of YQHXF upon the blood glucose, the intelligence and the blood system of DM animals .The purpose is to provide the theory basis for its clinical treatment of the diabetes and the complication of central nervous system.Methods: In the paper, FBG was researched in ADR, ALX, STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals and FSIL, insulin antibody, c-p were tested in STZ induced hyperglycaemia rats, so as to explore the influential factors of YQHXF upon the blood glucose of animals with diabetes. In addition, learning-memory function of SCO-model mice was tested by Y-shape maze and a step-down passive avoidance test, and the space discerning ability of STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals was tested by electrical Y-shape maze, and at the same time blood fat, plasma viscosity and hemorheology were observed in animals with diabetes to prove its effect in blood system .Meanwhile, cortical content of Ache and NO were observed in STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals, and the pathological changes of B cell in islet and the ultra structural changes in the CA field of hippocampus were observed, thus probing into its effect and mechanism towards diabetes and nervous system complication.Results: YQHXF can sharply decrease FBG of ADR, ALX, STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals between model groups. YQHXF can significantly increase the decreased content of FSIL in blood in STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals between model groups, but insulin antibody, content of c-p have no significant increase between model groups. To memory disorder mice, latent period reduced and the wrong response numbers decreased in different YQHXF levels of model group markedly . YQHXF can diminish the wrong response numbers of STZ-DM rats, while no significant differences were found between model groups, and so were the content of cerebral Ache and NO between YQHXF groups and model group. YQHXF has no remarkable influence on triglyeride, high-density lipoproteins and total cholesterol, the same influence can also be found in model group. Both plasma viscosity and hemorheology increased, but only hemorheology had statistical difference. Each YQHXF level decreased the plasma viscosity but its influence differed slightly from that of model group. The damage of islets of langerhans structure and brain hippocampal formation can be improved.Conclusion: YQHXF can sharply decrease FBG of ADR, ALX, STZ induced hyperglycaemia animals, the reason may be that it can ameliorate the structure and function of pancreatic islet and increase insulin excreting and IR. YQHXF can ameliorate functions of learning-memory in memory disorder mice and STZ induced hyperglycaemia rats. Its mechanism was not evident, it may be protect nerve cell about area of hippocampus or improve cerebral microcirculation, but have nothing with intracerebral monoamines. YQHXF have no significant effect in the blood system such as blood fat and hemorheology. |
