The Observation Of Clinic Therapeutic Effect With Dynamic Manipulation In Treating Periarthritis Of Shoulder

Objective:To observe the clinic therapeutic effect about periarthirtis of shoulder which is treated by dynamic manipulationMethods:Adopting normalized and standardized diagnosis and evaluation criterion of therapeutic effect about periarthritis of shoulder,pain of shoulder and function of shoulder joint are observed as the guidingprinciple, the patients of 90 cases(30 cases each group)are treated respectively with dynamic manipulation,static manipulation and common munipulation.Results:①Clinical observations of 90 cases are completed,the total effective rate of therapeutic group is 93.3 percent, which is better than first group of comparison(the total effective rate is 83.34 percent,P＜0.01)and second group of comparison(the total effective rate is 80.00 percent, P＜0.01)②Course of treatment required by therapeutic group reaching criterion of cure is for 13.32days,which is shorter significantly than first group of comparison(course of treatment is 19.55 days,P＜0.05)and second group of comparison(course of treatment is 18.68 days,P＜0.05).③The painful index of patient is lowered after treatment, and function score of shoulder joint motion is elevated,but significant difference is existed among therapeutic group,first group and second group,(P＜0.05)Conclusion:There is one kind of safe,convenient and distinguished therapeutic effect method with dynamic manipulation treating periathirtis of shoulder,whose therapeutic effect is obvious in aspect of shortening course of treatment,elevating cure rate, relieving pain and improving function of shoulder joint,therefore this kind of method should be extended in the each hospital.
