A Study On The Immunology Of Ling Gui Long Mu Granula In Treating The Viral Myocarditis

Objextive:Pedo- viral myocarditis(VMC)is a paediatric frequently-occurring disease.In the past few years,the disease rate is increasing year by year,so it is thought highly of medical science group.Now,chinese medical science has more preponderance in treating(VMC),including strengthen physical immunity,resisting virus,improving cardiac function and lighten clinical symptom.This research plans to establish the foundation for developing the active drugs by discussing the mechanism of exact action of pedo- viral myocarditis.Methods:Inject the C-virus to C-virus Balb/c mouse,then cause to viral myocarditis.Get the cardiac muscle patho-tissue,HE tinction,observe the traumatic condition of the VMC mouse on one day,three day,five day,seven day,ten day and fourteen day.Divided them into three groups in random, using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to survey and evaluate the effection of the IL-4 and IFN-γblood serum,observe immune balance effection of LING GUI LONG MU granula for VMC.Result:The LING GUI LONG MU granula could striking increase the level of IFN-γ,it has significant deviation comparing with normal group(p＜0.05) and has significant difference comparing with virus group(p＜0.05)on the seventh day.It has statistical significance comparing with normal group(p＜0.01)and has significant deviation comparing with virus group(p＜0.05) on the fourteenth day.Also in LING GUI LONG MU granula group,the level of IL-4 is decreased on the seventh day and on the fourteenth day,it has significant deviation comparing with normal group(p＜0.01)and has significant difference comparing with virus group(p＜0.05)on the seventh day.It has statistical significance comparing with normal group(p＜0.05) and has not significant deviation comparing with virus group(p＞0.05)on the fourteenth day.Conclusion:LING GUI LONG MU granula has better therapeutic action for the pedoviral myocarditis patient,in the acute stage and convalescence stage of VMC,it gets to the dynamic equilibrium by accommodating the level of Th1 and Th2 cytokine network,it can be seen that LING GUI LONG MU granula can restrain virus replication,improve the cardiac muscle autoimmune injury,effective treat the viral myocarditis,lighten patient suffering.
