Objective:We use slice anatomy means to study the shape,size and the important interrelationships behind the eyeball.Based on the slice anatomy images behind the eyeball of the orbit,we studied the three dimensional visualizati,to offer anatomy evidences for clinic treatment.Method:In this study,we used paraffin imbedding to handle one specimen which is apart from the corpse,then carryed out the coronal sect serial sections,the layer thickness is 10um,we obtained the sectional view data set behind the eyeball of the orbit.The same skull specimen through CT and MRI exanination,to observe the appearance and interrelationship.After being registered accurately with the Photoshop 8.0 software,the sectional images of anatomical structures in orbit were reconstructed with 3D-DOCTOR 3.5 software on personal computer.The data set of the orbit was visualized and displayed in three dimensional space.we measured the volume of each quadrant by the tool which belongs to the software,and then combined with the clinic tumor datas to offer evidence.Results:1.The date of serial sections construction and extraocular muscles,nerves and vasculars were obtained,identified the size,shape and internal structure which behind the eyeball is different with the deck.2.Completed the contrast observation and data measurements of the section images behind the eyeball through control study between the sectional view and CT,MRI images.3.Obtained the completed 3D stereo model and definited data measurement,then combined which with the clinic datas.Conclusion:In this experiment,we studied the slice anatomy structure behind the eyeball of the orbit,approached the sizes and shapes of the internal structure. Offer evidences for imageology study and diseases behind the eyeball.In addition,we obtained the 3D stereo model to offer favourable platform for computer-assisted operation and digital simulate teaching.
