Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent, inflammatory dermatosis. It occurs young people and recurrent that often requires lifelong treatment and have great effects on body and psyche. So psoriasis is one of the most important diseases in dermatology research area.In the pathology report, psoriasis microvascular changes within lesion include pronounced dilatation, tortuosity, increased permeability and endothelial cell proliferation within the capillaries in the capillaries in the dermal papillae. Neovascularization appears to play an early ang important part in the evolution of psoriatic. Objective:To study endothelial damage and the change in parameters of the coagulation system and the anticoagulation system in patients with psoriasis,to investigate the relationship among the different system and the process of the pathology. Methods:Using the IL ACL 9000 blood coagulation analyzer to assay the parameters of the endothelium, the coagulation system and the anticoagulation system in the patients with psoriasis. The vWF is one of the parameters of the endothelium; The parameters of the coagulation system include FⅠB,FⅤ:A,FVⅡ:A,FⅧ:A;The parameters of anticoagulation system include PC:A,AT:A.The parameters of fibrinolysis system include PLG,t-PA,PAI-1.Results:Compared the activated stage[AT:A(69.2%±17.3%),PC:A(80.4%±17.3 %),PC:Ag(74.1%±23.8%)]and the stable stage patients group[(84.6%±11.9 %,93.1%±15.5%,95.2%±18.3%)]with control group[(102.0%±21.3%,107.4 %±17.2%,103.2%±12.7%)],the level of AT:A,PC:A and PC:Ag were decreased, and compared with the control[PAI-1(0.6±0.5 Au/L),vWF(100.7%±25.6%)],the level of the PAI-1(1.4±0.7Au/L,0.9±0.6Au/L),vWF(200.8%±35.3%,141.6%±59.1 %)was increased obviously in patients group(P<0.01).Compared the activated stage patient group with the stable stage group, the level of the vWF was increased and the level of AT:A and PC:A were decreased obviously in the activated stage patients group(P<0.01).Compared the pretherapy(prior treatment)patient group [AT:A(65.4%±15.9%),PC:A(72.1%±18.5%),PC:Ag(69.8%±22.5%)]with the post-treatment group[AT:A(79.5%±13.0%),PC:A(87.6%±10.9%),PC:Ag(86.9 %±20.5%)],the level of the vWF was increased and the level of AT:A and PC:A were decreased significantly in the pretherapy patient group(P<0.01).Compared the activated stage[FIB(3241±956mg/L),FⅤ:A(100.4%±25.1%),FⅦ:A(109.3 %±11.4%)],the stable stage patients group(2997±1045mg/L,97.2%±23.3%,100.1 %±15.6%)with control group(2950±870 mg/L,99.1%±20.4%,101.5%±12.7%), there was no statistically difference in the level of FIB,FⅤ:A,FⅦamong them (P>0.05).Compared the activated stage patient group(156.2%±67.1%)with the stable stage group(129.4%±33.2%),the level of the FactorⅧwas increased significantly in the activated stage patients group(P<0.01).Compared the stable stage patient group with the control group(101.0%±19.8%),the level of the FactorⅧwas increased significantly in the stable stage patients group(P<0.01).The level of the PASI had no obvious change in the patients(P>0.05),and there was no strong relationship between the PASI and the others parameters(P>0.05).Conclusion:There was the damage of the endothelium in patients with psoriasis and it caused the level of the function to decrease with the anticoagulation system and the fibrinolysis system, and there was strong relationship between the abnormal anticoagulation system and the fibrinolysis system in the process of the pathology in the patients.
