| Objective:To detect the reasons that result in the diference of those adhesion modes of the three kinds of cements,Carbon-fiber Post and the cement-post interface,and further to evaluate the mechanism and the retention's factors of the cement-post interface by means of laser Raman microscopy,this study supplies more theory about the post adhesion mechanism and reference for the clinical choice of posts and luting cementsMethods:One kind of prefabricated Carbon-fiber post was cemented respectively with three representative luting cements(zinc phosphate,glass ionomer and resin cements)in some extracted intact human maxillary anterior teeth were used canal dentin after endodontic treatment.The Laser-Raman spectroscopy measure of cement and Carbon -fiber post before and after luting together were acquired to observe the raman spectra's change.Results:Carbon-fiber post's relative bands occur at 810cm-1,980cm-1,1115cm-1,1205cm-1,1300cm-1,1450cm-1,1622cm-1,1730cm-1。The bands associated with ZPC and GIC may occur at 1500cm-1 and 1400cm-1respectively,while resin cement's spectra occur at 845cm-1,1113cm-1,1199 cm-1,1221cm-1,1400cm-1,1450cm-1,1600-1,1745cm-1。There are no evident raman spectra change cross the ZPC/Carbon-fiber post interface and GIC/ Carbon-fiber post interface,while cross the resin/Carbon-fiber post interface significant vibrations can be seen。Conclusion:(1)Laser-Raman microspectroscopy is a useful analytical technique for studying the composition of bonding interface between post and luting cements。(2)The bonding strength of resin cement is better than ZPC and GIC.Resin cement may interact with the collagen and composition of the Carbon-fiber post to shape an effectiveness of micro-machinery catch。... |
