objective: the study analyze cardiac function in patients with kidney transplantation by two dimensional echocardiography to search for the characteristic of different analytical method, then choose the better assay method and the heart functional influenc e-ing factor,.the purpose is to serve for clinical diagnosis, serve for the patients withkidney transplantation early. Methods: this study included 65 patients with kidney transplantation divided into twogroups according to the sex, three groups according to the age, two groups accordin g to the Preoperative course of disease, two groups according to the postoperative co urse of disease, two groups according to the concurrent disease, two groups accordin g to the origin of supply kidney. to measure EF, FS, E/A, DT, PV_a, Vp , Tei-index.Results cardiac function had no significant difference between sexes, P>0.05.it had no significant difference between different ages, except E/A. PV_a , Vp , Tei-index had significant difference between the Preoperative course of disease or the postoperative course of disease ,but EF, FS, E/A, DT had no significant difference. cardiac diastolic function had significant difference between the concurrent disease and no concurrent disease, except E/A and DT; cardiac systolic function had no significant difference. PV_a, Vp, Tei-index had significant difference and the others had no significant difference between the different origins of supply kidney. Conclusions (1) cardiac systolic function have no obvious abaissement; (2) all patients cardiac diastolic function have obvious abaissement compared with control group; (3) age ,cardiac load and so on have a greatly effect on E/A,DT, it appears false-normal phenomenon; age ,cardiac load and so on have no effect on PV_a,Vp and Tei index,it can objectively evaluate cardiac diastolic function of patients with kidney transplantation. (4) cardiac function had no significant difference between sexes, ages and have or no complications, but cardiac diastolic function have significant difference between different course of disease and the different origins of supply kidney. (5) Tei index was valuable and simple for estimating left ventricular systolic and diastolic functions with kidney transplantation patients. (6) much and complicated factors have effect on cardiac function of patients with kidney transplantation, hypertension;hyperlipemia,; hyperglycaemia; hypercalcemia and so on are only a small parts, much of it wait for further to study and research.
