In the past 20 years, electroporation has become a mature science subjects and has been widely recognized in the world. Electroporation is a new biophysical technology. It has many advantages. For example, this way is simple, convenient, and has good repeatability. The adjustment and control of electrical parameters is easy. More importantly, the application scope of electroporation is widely, and almost can apply to all types of cells. Currently, electroporation has been widely used in industry, agriculture, medicine, and clinic and so on. Electroporation has a very good prospect.Firstly, the thesis introduces the research on the mechanism and development of electroporation and its applications. Secondly, theoretic model of the electroporation is analyzed. With the research on the mathematic and physical model of electroporation, it has provided a theoretical basis for the future experiment And we have find the relationship between the effect of electroporation and the electric parameter. With the understanding of electroporation, I introduced gene pulser transfection apparatus and several discharge electrodes, which are designed by us. I focus on the high-voltage pulse generator circuit of gene pulser transfection apparatus, including charge circuit and discharge circuit. Then apparatus performance parameters are introduced.At last, we have conducted an experiment based on electrochemetherapy for tumor therapy by gene pulser transfection apparatus and six-needle array electrode. The result of experiment is very good. Inhibitory effect is also obvious. The result indicates that electroporation promotes the tumor treatment forsooth.In this paper,there are three points of innovation.1. We have built up mathematical model of the electric field of the six-needle array electrode and have made a simulation on electric field. The distribution of electric field strength matches the expectation very well, which means that the design idea is right. That the work has been done by us is very helpful to further optimize electrode configuration and improve the tumor treatment effect with electrochemetherapy.2. We have cooperated with the People's Hospital and made an experiment on electrochemetherapy for tumor therapy. Through experiments we have found a number of parameters of experiment. It provided reference data for future experimental research and clinical treatment.3. We brought forward improvement program to hardware circuit of the apparatus. It will It will simplify instrument external circuit and improve the stability of apparatus.
