Studies On Chemical Constituents Of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei And Semisythesised The Active Principle Of Rhein

Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei is one of traditional Chinese medicines in common use with its radix and rhizome.It is a member of Polygonum Linn..Abundant in natural resoures, this species haswide distribution in China.the chemical constitution of the extract from rheum and semisythesis of rhein were studied.1Studies on chemical constitution of Radix Et Rhizoma RheiIn this dissertation,studies on chemical constitution of the radix and rhizome of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei are presented. Nine compounds were isolated from the radix and rhizome of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei.Among them,eight compounds` structures were identified on the ground of physical,chemical properties and spectral data. The eight compounds respectively are chrysophnol,physcion, tetracosanoyl- glyceride ,β–sitosterol ,aloe-emodin , emodin , rhein .2 Rhein an anthraquinones compound semisythesised in this study.The process of anti-cancer agent anthraquinones was studied in this paper,the design and synthesis were reported as well.The development of anti-cancer agent was described in this paper. Anthraquinones,a new anti-cancer drug,was introduced in detail,including its antiviral mechanisms,pharmacological properties and clinical effects.The process of anthraquinones was researched particularly.With mixture of chrysophnol and physcion as the starting materials,it had been prepared in a novel procedure.A key step in the synthesis,the demethylation reaction and oxidation reaction were improved.
