Objective: To investigate the different component compatibilities of SMP on regulating GR in the rats with thermal injury.Methods: Orthogonal design method was employed to optimize component compatibilities of SMP, the better component compatibility of SMP was definited on regulating GR for livers in the rats with thermal injury, and compared effect of the component and decoction pieces compatibility on regulating GR in the rats with thermal injury.Results: when dosages of ginsenosides, ophiopogonis extraction and fructus-schizandrae extraction were 370.6 mg, 172 mg and 230 mg respectively, namely, ginseng: ophiopogonis tuber: fructus schizandrae=1: 1: 2, level of GR for liver was higher in the rats with thermal injury than the other groups. The levels of GR for livers of the component compatibility optimized those of decoction pieces compatibility and Ginsenosides with Scatchard and simple point analysis(P<0.01). The levels of GR for lung of the component compatibility had upgrade tendency than the decoction pieces compatibility and Ginsenosides, but the component compatibility was higher the tradition decoction pieces compatibility with simple point analysis (P <0.05). The levels of GR for kideny were no obviously significance among all groups.Conclusion: when ginseng: ophiopogonis tuber: fructus schizandrae=1: 1: 2, the component compatibility of SMP was highest on regulating GR for liver after thermal injury in rats among all groups; The component compatibility optimized the tradition decoction pieces on up-regulating GR in rats with injury thermal; the component compatibility can enhance levels which Ginsenosides upregulated GR in rats with injury thermal. |
