Effect Of Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction On The Expression Of Inflammatory Factors Correlated To Gastric Transplantation Tumor

Objective To discover the mechanism of restraining the growth of tumor and preventing recurrence of Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction by detecting the expression of inflammatory factors in interstitial substances of tumor and gastric tissue beside tumor on mice model of gastric tansplantation tumor.Methods Kunming mice had been randomly divided into normal group,NS group,heat-clearing and detoxicating Decoction group,FT-207 group and Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction group.The mice model of gastric tansplantation tumor was estabilshed except normal group through transplanting S180 tumor block.The mice were given intragastric administration 48 hours after the surgery(0.4ml,once a day,6 times a week×3w);The experiment was terminated 3 weeks later.The mice were sacrificed after abdominal cavity anaesthesia and blood sampling was collected to detect TP and AL.The state of growth and pathologic character of tumor were observed.ELISA,Envision and RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of IL-8,its acceptors CXCR1,CXCR2 and IL-6 mRNA and encoded protein.Results The expressions of inflammatory factors and acceptors increased progressively in interstitial substances of normal gastric tissue,gastric tissues beside tumor and tumor.Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction can significantly down-regulate the expressions of inflammatory factors more than heat-clearing and detoxicating Decoction and FT-207.Conclusion It might be one of the mechanisms of restraining the growth of tumor and preventing recurrence of Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction that Xiaotan Sanjie Decoction can down-regulate the expressions of inflammatory factors in interstitial substances of tumor and gastric tissue beside tumor.
