The Effects Of Baclofen On The Reinstatement Of CPP Induced By Morphine And Stress

Objective:To establish models of morphine dependent rats with conditional place preference method research the effects of the GABAB receptor agonist baclofen on the reinstatement of CPP induced by morphine and stress.We discuss the effects of the GABAB receptor on drug dependence to supply science accordings for relapse therapy.Method:CPP models of morphine dependent rats were established by intraperintoneal injection and combined with environmental stimulation.(1)Record the time in drug place;(2) Record the effects of morphine on the reinstatement of CPP at the reinstatement stage;(3) Record the effects of stress on the reinstatement of CPP at the reinstatement stage;(4) Record the effects of the GABAB receptor agonist baclofen on the reinstatement of CPP induced by morphine and stress.Result:As the CPP shown,at reinstatement stage,the time of rats staged in drug place of the group intervened by baclofen is conspicuously shorter than that of the morphine group(p＜0.05).The time of rats staged in drug place of the group intervened by baclofen is conspicuously shorter than that of the group forced swim(p＜0.05).Conclution:1.Baclofen was used at reinstatement stage.The intervence of baclofen restrained the reinstatement of CPP induced by morphine and stress.2.The experiment results indicate that the GABA system plays an important role in the psychological and physical dependence of morphine.
