| Objective Through observation of clinical efficacy of 30 cases by small-Crook-knife treatment, analyse the clinical efficacy and significance of small-Crook-knife therapy. Methods Use small-Crook-knife therapy to treat trigger finger, record and analyse the data before and after treatment of the local tenderness pain,passive stretch pain,initiative buckling pain, resisting flexor pain and functional improvement of activities.Results By the statistical test, the pain and the functional activity after treatment improved significantly than before.Conclusion The small-Crook-knife therapy is a simple, safe and effective method to treat trigger finger. |
