Background:Today the pathogenesis of essential hypertension has not been clarified completely, but many clinical studies have indicated that exaggerated blood pressure response to exercise is closely associated with target orgen damage. So far most doctors only attach importance to static blood pressure of hypertension patients and ignore exercise hypertension, there are few studies about assosiation of exercise hypertension with target orgen damage. Recently many doctors begin paying attention to exercise hypertension and the studies of exercise hypertension are increasing, but the pathogenesis of exercise hypertension has not known yet.The study analyses association of exercise hypertension with change of carotid inner membrace and heart in elder hypertension patients from clinical medicine. Object:To discuss association of exercise hypertension withchange of carotid inner membrace and heart in elderhypertension patients.Method :Collect 30 abnormal exercise blood pressure elderhypertension patients as study group and collect 32 normalexercise blood pressure elder hypertension patients as controlgroup.Using 24-hour hotler ECG to monitor patients' wholeblood pressure level, using treadmill exercise testing to monitorexercise blood pressure, using ultrasonic cardio-gramme tomeasure IMT,LADd,LVIDd,LVPWT,IVST etc. Then comparethese index between study group and control group.Result:There is no obvious difference between study group andcontrol group in whole blood pressure level,LVIDd,LVPWT,IVST (P>0.05),but there is obvious difference between thses twogroups in IMT,LADd and LVMI(P<0.05).Conclusion: The exaggerated blood pressure response toexercise is related closely to vessel membrance and heartdamage. We should pay attention to essential hypertensionpatients' static blood pressure as well as exaggerated bloodpressure response to exercise.
