Cost-efectiveness Retrospective Study Of Non-samall Cell Lung Cancer Cases

Objective:Discussing the value of using TCM to improve intermediate and advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer' s clinic effects by comparing clinic effects among three different treatment protocols from pharmaceutical economics angle.To provide reference for the treatment of intermediate and advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer and research thoughts in this field.Methods:Adopting:study on review cases to choose inpatients according with the inclusion criteria,divided them into TCM group,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,western medicine group by treatment protocols.To analysis the three treatment protocols cost-effect by using change of tumor body,quality of life,main symptoms as effect measure index. Results:Altogether 233 cases were brought into the program,including 56 cases in TCM group,77 cases in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,100 cases in western medicine group.â‘ In TCM group,mean expense was 12663.94 yuan.,The cost increased 0.00 yuan and 133.87 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of effective rate and stable rate of tumor body;the cost increase 173.00 yuan and 126.64 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of performance status increase rate and stable rate of performance status;the cost increase 161.12 yuan and 126.64 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of symptom decrease rate and stable rate;the cost increase 173.00 yuan and 131.64 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of obvious effective rate and stable rate of total effective rate.â‘¡In integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,mean expense was 22924.05 yuan.The cost increased 928.10 yuan and 238.54 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of effective rate and stable rate of tumor body;the cost increase 289.45 yuan and 229.24 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of performance status increase rate and stable rate of performance status;the cost increase 248.63 yuan and 229.24 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of symptom decrease rate and stable rate;the cost increase 284.77 yuan and 232.26 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of obvious effective rate and stable rate of total effective rate.â‘¢In western medicine group, mean expense was 30077.8 yuan.The cost increased 1432.08 yuan and 330.53 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of effective rate and stable rate of tumor body;the cost increase 578.42 yuan and 334.20 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of performance status increase rate and stable rate of performance status;the cost increase 477.43 yuan and 326.93 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of symptom decrease rate and stable rate;the cost increase 557.00 yuan and 337.95 yuan respectively according to each increasing percent of obvious effective rate and stable rate of total effective rate.Conclusion:TCM is an economic and effective treatment protocol to treat intermediate and advanced stage non-small cell lung cancer...
