The Studies On The Clinic Related Factor Of Blood Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Heart Failure

ObjectiveThis study will analysis of blood deficiency and anemia in patients with chronic heart failure in the incidence of morbidity and characteristics, study of heart failure in the characteristics of the syndrome and the associated laboratories,heart CDFI indicators.It will also make a scientific approach to the relevance and specific relations in blood deficiency and anemia.Finally,It will provide the basis for clinical treatment.Method98 correlative ill cases were colleted from the ward with the patients' clinical symptoms,signs and related results,and all the collected data were saved and managed by certain data base software.Based my request, the cases were divided into different groups:the Clinical CHF,the pro-Clinical CHF group;or the Blood—deficiency,the in-Blood—deficiency group.The data were underwent Chi—square test,ANOVA,rank sum test,Logistic regression to compare each other.Results①Blood deficiency syndrome in heart failure in the overall rate was 45.9%.It relevanted to the age,degree of heart failure and whether anemia.②Anemia in heart failure in the overall rate was 49.0%.With age,sex, degree of heart failure are relations.61-80 age group has the highest rates,Female higher than male.And the higher the levels of Crackles score,the lower levels of hemoglobin is,but not a straight line with the relevant relations.③By the regression analysis of blood deficiency disease,we found those closely related factors,shortness of breath,a pale nail,asthma at night,asthma in moving,a pale lips,mumbness of hands and feet,a pale tongue,looking pale,abdominal distention,dry mouth,skin-fold. ④HGB,HCT,RBC,SFe,TF,TS,serum sodium,total carbon dioxide, triglycerides,EF values,Crackles score value,classification of cardiac function in heart failure are closely related blood deficiency.The lowering transferrin and serum sodium,and the increasing degree of heart failure will increase the risk of a blood deficiency.ConclusionThrough clinical research,We found blood deficiency disease-associated factors of hemoglobin,the red blood cell count,hematocrit,serum iron, transferrin,serum iron saturation,serum sodium,left ventricular ejection fraction,heart function classification,Level indicators of heart failure.Study shows that blood deficiency in severe heart failure patients are more frequently and often with Qi- deficiency,Yang or Yindeficiency, or both,sometimes with expectoration or water.Because of small sample,multi-center recorded cases of non-collection,and the lacking of effect of correcting blood deficiency,the conclusion is not yet perfect.Blood deficiency disease-related factors in Heart failure will to be further study.
