The Exploring Of The Correlations Between The Tongue Manifestation And Diagnosis Of Gastroscope In The Patients With Chronic Gastritis

Chronic gastritis is a common disease of digestion.The diagnosis is depended by gastroscope.Tongue manifestation is one of the main basis for TCM.In the tongue manifestation and endoscopy-related researches,there were four areas, the tongue-color,the tongue-quality,fur-color,fur-quality,of tongue manifestation and there were six areas,disease,performance,ulcer stage, pathological degree,infection of Hp,activity of diseaseof endoscopy.The researches about the relations of tongue-color,fur color and quality,disease type,were the most.But there are many inadequacies of the researches.Some of the tongue categories only contained a sinple area of the tongue or the fur.Some of the tongue categories wasn't comparability.The disease type of gastroscope was too complex to comparability.The performance of gastroscope was too fine to have clinical significance.Objectives:Explore the correlations between the tongue manifestation and diagnosis of gastroscope in the patients with chronic gastritis were approached.Method:100 patients suffering from chronic gastritis were chosen to explore the correlation between the tongue manifestation and diagnosis of gastroscope by arranging documents,observing the tongue manifestation and diagnosis of gastroscope and using statistics.Results:According to 100 chronic gastritis patients obsevered,there was no statistically significant difference either in the distributions of age and sex(X~2=6.8203,F=0.1457＞0.05),or in those of TCM typing,tongue color, tongue shape,corresponding to diagnosis of gastroscope(X~2:20.5128,P:0.4263＞0.05;X~2=6.9884,P:0.8584＞0.05;X~2=9.0239,P=0.7009＞0.05);however, the fur distribution of gastroscope diagnosis was statistically significant(X~2 =43.7574,P=0.0081＜0.05).The more green of dark red tongue,plump tongue,yellow and thick fur of the gastroscope diagnosis,the more serious of the gastroscope diagnosis.Conclusions:According to 100 chronic gastritis patients obsevered,there was no specific difference in the distributions of age and sex,and the distributions of TCM typing,tongue color,tongue shape in diagnosis of gastroscope were not obviously regular;however,there was striking regularity in the fur distribution of gastroscope diagnosis.There were some correlations between the serious tongue shape and the serious gastroscope diagnosis.The tongue manifestation may point to the severity of pathological changes in chronic gastritis,which may profit clinical treatment.
