Objectives To analyze the body mass index,neck circumferencye,pharyngo-oral cavity,blood fat of the patien with OSAHS investigate the body mass index,neck circumference,pharyngo-oral cavity,blood fat in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and its relationship with the severity of OSAHS. it will promptly treat the patient with OSAHS and to lower the happen of metabolic syndrome and angiocardiopath. It is important to prevent the same disease, which can elevate the patient quality of life. Methods Measure the body mass index,neck circumferencye,pharyngo-oral cavity,blood fat,blood pressure of the patien with OSAHS by PSG, The consequence is analyzed. Results The relation of AHI and the body mass index or neck circumferencye is positive correlation, The relation of neck circumferencye and lowest saturation of blood oxygen is negative correlation, The relation of neck circumferencye and the body mass index is positive correlation; The relation of pharyngo-oral cavity and neck circumferencye orApnea Hyponea Index is negative correlation with severe OSAHS. Conlusion The severity in OSAHS would gradually increase with the severity of the figs of the body mass index and neck circumferencye. The severity of blood fat would gradually increase with the severity in OSAHS ,especially triacylglycerol.it will to lower the happen of metabolic syndrome and angiocardiopath to. Promptly diagnoze and treat the patient with OSAHS.
