Affection Of Blood Grease, The Level Of Serological Leptin And Fat Accumulate By Acupoint Catgut Treatment On Experimental Simple Obesity Rats

Results: After the treatment, catgut implantation at acupoint notably decreased body weight, Lee's index, waist circumference, distribution rate of body fat(F%)(P<0.05);and the blood grease, the levels of serum Leptin are obviously reduce(P<0.05); Witinn the identical ken, The average diameter of fat cell is reduced obviously (P<0.05), and the number of fat cell was raise(P<0.05). Conclusion: Feed high grease combining with the high grease drinks can speedy and effective build the alimentary obesity model rats,and the success rate amounting to 56%.Acupoint catgut treatment could effectively decrease the fat store and decrease the serological Lptin of the simple obesity rats .The mechanism may be related to the effect by stimulating thalamus centre, Thereby ingestion behavior and fat regulating and controlling the fat metabolizes to achieve the purpose to reduce weight.
