ObjectivesTo inquire into the causality of Osteomyelitis of epiphysis and Septic arthritis.MethodsUsing of the surgical operational method,build up the osteomyelitis of epiphysis and the septic arthritis animals experimental models of the rabbits.The experiment sets two groups,according days after born;they are the 3 days groups and the 15 days groups,9 rabbits for each group.Take one rabbits immediately from each group as control group,take 4 rabbits immediately from each group as A experimental group (group A),take 4 as B experimental group(group B).Use surgical operation to make the septic arthritis of group A,observe the rabbits whether therefore suffer from osteomyelitis of epiphysis;opposite process,make osteomyelitis of epiphysis of group B,observe the rabbits whether therefore suffer from septic arthritis.The whole process experiment,observe the weight,temperature variety.Evaluate with the X-ray,the ultrasonography,the gross,pathology and the bacteria culture.Among of them use the bacteria culture the as the golden standard.ResultsThis experiment detected,the development of femoral head epiphysis of＜5 days rabbits equals to human with in 1 year old;the development of femoral head epiphysis of 15～20 days rabbits equals to human childhood.Hints in theoretically a rabbits with in 5 days have the condition of build up the model of osteomyelitis of epiphysis,and 15 days rabbits suit to build up the model of osteomyelitis of diaphysis. The group of 3 days,a great deal of death after the surgery,confirmed 5 rabbits dead because of septicemia;2 rabbits death may don't wet-nursed by the mother rabbit.
