Breast cancer is a kind of the most commommaligancy in female which has apparently higher morbility in China these years.Imageological examination is an important deicd early detection of breast cancer,Molybenum target X-ray examination has higher rate of misdiagnosis,doesn't identify benign and malignant calcification earliy enough.,CT and MRI aren't applied widely becauseof their high cost.Ulrasound examination has bacame a kind ofthe best method of breast cancer detection due to accure location,simple operation,no radioactivity and lowcost.This research applys the two-dimensional imaging toobserve the tumor' slocation, size, shape, edge, amicula, internalecho, rear Echomicrocalciffca--tion and axillary nodes- megaly,applys the CDFI and CDE to examine the blood flowdistribution.Comparing the results with pathological examination and Immunohistochemistry to find the way prompting the pathological type and prognosis of breast tumor using Ulrasound examination.reseach object 108 focus which were diagnosed breast cancer at breast surgical depertment in China-Japan union hospital attached to Jilin university.All patients are female,31-80year's old.All subjects were detected by LOGIQ7 Ulrasonographic machine of GE company and HDI5000 Ulrasonographic machine with 7.5-10MHz probe. Patients are on back,exposing the breast and axillary .Two-dimensional imaging:taking the papilla as the center,spoke-sweep along full from the edge to the nipple and axillary-nodes-megaly.CDFI and CDE:the angle between sound beam and blood stream and blood less than 60 degree. Observe contents indudeâ—‹1 The location, size, shape, edge, amicula, internalecho, rear Echomicrocalc -iffcation and axillary -nodes- megaly of the tumor and axillary - nodes-megaly.â‘¡whether existing the derangement of structure in the conduit.â‘¢Observe the circumference and the characeristic distrubution of blood stream.â‘£Record the result,give the diagnosis and compare with pathological result.Result is ulrasound examination has the highest coincidence to invasive intraconduit cancer counts most of the 108 cases.breast cancershows ultrasonic imaging characteristic of irregular shape,spiculated margin, week posterior echoes, microcalcification, acousic halo . invasive ductal carcinoma shows apparent spiculated margin while intraductal carcinoma not. invasive ductal carcinoma shows apparent week posterior echoes , but not in invasive lobular carcinoma. invasive ductal carcinoma and ductal carcinoma are often seen microcalcification and ductal enlargement .The blood stream distributes in side,in circumference,in penetration.the type of in circumference counts most, in penetration counts least.invasive ductal carcinoma and ductal carcinoma are often seen blood in circumference,.the blood stream shows 1.2 grade.Neoplasms cells invasive into fat tissue under phathologic glass when it shows spiculated margin. Neoplasms cells invasive into breast gland under phathologic glass when it shows dammped rear echo. microcalcification shows salt calcification in pathology.The immunohistology result comparing with ultrosonic result of 108 cases shows the experssion of ER, PR, c-erbB-2, P53 has no relationship with the age,histology type, but dose in with the size, maliganat lumpha noudles, grade of blood stream and the exsiting of invasive cells.the expression of ER,PR is higer in smaller than 2cm in size than bigger than that,but no stastical difference., but not for c-erbB-2 and P53.the experssion of ER and PR is lower when it shows grade2.3 of blood stream maliganat lumpha noudles and invasive into aound tissue with stastical difference,but the expression of c-erbB-2 and P53 are in oppsize.the experssion of c-erbB-2 and P53 has positive relationship with the prognosis ,while the experssion of ERand PR has negative relationship with the prognosis .Studying the pathologic basic of the ultrosonic figure of breast cancer is of great impotance,the difference among different types of breast cancer which dues to the different way the neoplasm grows and invasive is of great importance for the early diagnosis of disease.
