The endermic injunction method is a normal medical treatment. Statistically, 20% young people and 8.1% adults are fear of the injector in developed countries. In China, the consumer capacity of deposit injector is 4,000,000,000, which is a very excited number. Two popular international studies about indolence injection are non-needle injection and microneedles injection, but neither can absolutely instead of the current deposit injector.According to study of mosquitoes biting people without being discovered, this thesis will introduce some characteristics of bionic indolence injector. Both of mosquitoes and cicadas have piercing-sucking mouthpart. By anatomizing of their mouthparts and taking pictures with a scanning electron microscope, the mouthpart of a mosquito is composed of six mouth pins, and its outsider chin is of obviously hackle structure; the mouthpart of a cicada is composed of four mouth pins, and its outsider chin is of obviously ripple structure.According to bionic non-smooth theory and current researches, the author designed nine kinds of ripple bionic needles. In this research, the seven-sized needle and some pork with skin are used. The purpose is to measure different resistance number, which is caused by different needles, with the help of Hualong omnipotence test appearance. The outcome indict that the peak value of the drag curve plays a major role in estimating drag value; non-smooth part of the bionic needle could in effect reduce this peak value. When the central distance of the ripple needle is 1.5 mm, and its ellipse short-axis is 0.5 mm, the drag reduction ratio can reach 58%. This research is designed according to Orthogonal Polynomial Recursive Analysis, and provide us an regression equation which is composed of related factors(ripple width z1, central distance z2) and drag value(y): y=10.85z2-202.68z1+238.87z1z2+136.25z12-1.69z22-39.81z1z22-1579.5z12z2+263.25z12z22-3.46The peak value of the drag curve plays a major role in estimating drag value. In this research, an analogy between normal needle and bionic needle is done according to the method of linear regression analysis, and the equation is y=17.10-0.11z,y=14.41-0.02z.Within the range of the test, we can find that the ripple needle is more effective in drag reduction.Triple-dimension finite element analysis well reveals the distribution of stress occurred by bionic needle piercing into skin. Moreover, by the obtained contact friction stress value, contact stress value, equivalent stress value and many other important parameters, we can conclude that the bionic needle can effectively reduce the drag stress in the procedure of piercing. |
