Hospital Informationization Construction Research In The Reform Of Public Health Process

The thought of energetically promoting IT application penetrates in the Hu Jintao's report at 17th Party Congress. The central committee of CPC have paid much attention to informationization. In recent years, IT application is very important in the reform of public health process, especially after the spring of 2003 SARS crisis. The reform and development need to accelerate informationization construction urgently. Informationization can not only improve management level, but also become a means of raising management level, and obtaining higher efficiency in hospital. However, currently in our country, the level of application and standardization of the hospital informationization is much lower than the Western countries, also far behind other fields. Influenced by the location, the informationization levels of the hospitals in different cities, even different hospitals in the same area are distinctive. This dissertation makes use of methods as literature study,comparative analysis, data analysis, case study, etc.Making a systematical study of e-hospital at home and abroad,this researches the IT application in the First People's Hospital of Hefei.Analying the existing problems and the real causes,this dissertation put forward to some reasonable proposals to make things more convenient for patients.
