| Radioisotope and ray device has been widely used in clinical medicine, while greatly improving the diagnosis and treatment quality of diseases, but because of its generated ionizing radiation harmful to human beings, if improperly used, it can lead to radiative accidents. According to Ministry of Health statistics, in the past 10 years, more than 20 radiative accidents have occurred average annual in China, which causing great loss of lives and property. Therefore, the Medical radioprotection increasingly become a common concern to the community, and strengthens the protection of hospital's radiological diagnoses and treats is an important research topic in the field of radioprotection.Currently, there is the different number of radiological diagnoses and treats equipment, and there are different degree problems of protection and management of radiological diagnoses and treats at all level hospitals in Dongguan. In order to better implement the " radiological diagnoses and treats permit" system and the effective supervision and management measures, we took a study about 54 hospitals that had "practice permit medical institutions" in Dongguan, and through the use of questionnaires, data collection and on-site inspection, took a survey of the status of its'radiological diagnoses and treats protection. The survey included hospital's radiological diagnoses and treats equipment, protective management, venue protection, personnel protection, incident handling, and so on. The results showed that:(1) The rate of radioprotective management, accountability, rules and regulations seted was 74.1 percent, 68.5 percent, 83.3 percent; a ratio of management and staff was between 1:6 and 1:10;(2) The rate of radioprotective training, occupational health screening, personal dose monitoring carried out on radiation staff was 25.9 percent, 72.7 percent, 87.0 percent; (3) The rate of protective detection of radiative sites carried out was 42.6 percent,and detective effect of not meeting the standard was mainly to the X-ray trucks, and protective premises of not meeting standards was mainly to not setting warning labels and work mainly light;(4) Radiative Workers in protective equipment utilizative rate of 70 percent to 95 percent, but subjects utilization only 0 percent to 20 percent;(5) The rate of radiative contingency plans, early warning and monitoring, agencies, drills, rescue facilities seted or carried out was 11.1 percent, 5.6 percent, 74.1 percent, 0 percent, 48.1 percent;(6) The rate of related radiative permit took was 0%, and the rate of the radiative personnel holding the card was 59.0 percent;(7) The comprehensive evaluation found the descending sequence on implementing the work of radiological diagnoses and treats protection at different level hospital: three level hospitals, two level hospitals and one level hospital.The study showed that radiative health management system had begun to take shape in different level hospitals, but there are different degree of hidden dangers or problems in radiological diagnoses and treats protection, such as the system wasnot put in place, the low rate of personnel protection training, occupational health examination, and personal dose monitoring carried out; the low rate of protective detection of sites carried out; the low rate of protective equipment utilization; lack of radiation emergency preparedness, and the lower the level, the more serious. To this end, took the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1) Strengthened radiative sanitary supervision of the hospital, and supervised the hospital to realize the occupational disease's harmful project declaration system, strictly permited the pass of the radiological diagnoses and treats work.(2) In view of existing hidden danger or question, the hospital should strengthen the radiological diagnoses and treats protection, legally managed, and the realization arrived. such as established the perfect control system of the radiological diagnoses and treats protection; Strengthened protective knowledge training, occupational healthy guardianship, and personal dose monitoring and management; strengthened the protection of radiological diagnoses and treats sites, and implemented the "three at the same time" system; strengthened capacity of handling the radiative accident, and so on.(3) Strengthened the education in respect for the law, comprehensively developed the radiative hygienic knowledge propaganda, seted up the correct viewpoint of medical radiative safety, and prevented the accident injury. |
