The Basical Investigation Of MDRD Formula In Clinic

Objective:To go further into the siginificance of the former meliorated and back meliorated MDRD applied in the healthy people's sensitive,and the difference between age,sex and Uigur and Han nation's GFR.Methods:R emoving some interfere reasons etc:hypertension,diabetes,cardiopathy.We choosed 43 healthy people and divided into three groups according to their age,and divided into two groups according to their nation.Making the GFR tested by 99m Tc-DTPA to be the golden standard,compared the GFR tested by MDRD with Scr,Bun,Ccr methods.And tested if there were difference between age,sex and Uigur and Han nation.Result:There existed positive correlation between eGFR and GFR,m-GFR and GFR,Ccr and GFR. And a negative correlation between GFR and Scr.No correlation was observed between GFR and blood urea nitrogen(BUN).There existed a positive cotrelation between different age.No correlation was observed between sex,Uigur and Han nation. Conclusion:Because the measurement of Ccr and Scr by biochemical method was influenced by many factors,the Ccr measured biochemical was less accurate than the GFR measured by MDRD.When people got older,their GFR would decline.No correlation was observed between sex Uigur and Han nation'GFR.
