The Expression And Meaning Of Hypoxia-inducible Factor-1α And Vessel Endotriul Growth Factor In 49 Cases Of Cervical Squamous Cancer With Radiotherapy

Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in cervical cancer , know the resist of radiotherapy resion and find a new way to therapy the carcinoma. Methods The expression of HIF-1αand VEGF in 49 cases(29 patients who were well treated after radiotherapy,20 patients who were non- well treated after radiotherapy,) of cervical cancer tissue were assessed by immunohistochemical staining. Rusults 1. HIF- 1αlevel in non- well treated group were much higer than those in well treated group,(χ2=8.063, P<0.05).2. VEGF level in non- well treated group were much higer than those in well treated group(χ2=4.2385,P<0.05).Conclusions HIF-1αand VEGF are important roles in the radioation therapy of cervical cancer,can be used to judge therapeutic effect ,further understanding of HIF-1αand VEGF may provide new therapy regimens fo cervical cancer.
