Contrast Analysis Of The Clinical Characters Of Aortic Dissection

Objective To discuss the variety of clinical characters of aortic dissection in recent years by analyzing 202 patients with aortic dissection. Methods We contrasted the age,symptoms of pain, sex, the history of high blood presure, blood-fat, the level of blood pressure when the patient was admitted, the type of aortic dissection, etc. Results (1) there was statistic difference(P<0.05)between two groupsthe grouping of aortic dissection and the level of diastolic pressure which of 2007 group are higher than that in 2002 group. (2)there was no statistic difference (P>0.05)between two groups in sex,the history of high blood pressure, the symptoms of pain, age, blood-fat, the level of systolic pressure, pulse pressure, mean blood pressure, medical treatment. (3)On the foundation of medical treatment, contrasting the treatment project of two groups, the nmbers of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) treatments and operation treatment increased. Conclusions Nowadays more patients of aortic dissection are with high blood pressure, and the level of blood pressure is higher. The medicine treatments are more normative. All of above decrease the mortality of the medicine treatments. The number of male patients with aortic dissection are more than those of female patients. At the same time, PCI and operation make the further decrease of the mortality of aortic dissection .So PCI and operation are the first considering treatment project while the conditiion is permitted.
