The Expression And Implication Of Dendritic Cells And T Lymphocyte In The Cervical Carcinoma

Objective:To study the infiltrating degree and distributing of dendritic cells(DC) and T cells in uterine cervical tissue,and the relation between them,to discuss the immune function of local tumor.Methods:fifteen cases of normal uterine cervix,fifteen cases of inflammatory uterine cervix,thirty cases of CIN and forty cases of cervical carcinoma were identified the expression of DC,T cells by immunehistochemical method (S-P).Results:The infiltrating degree of DC in epithelial CIN was higher than that in normal uterine and cervical carcinoma,their difference has statistic significance(P＜0.05),the difference in the CIN and inflammatory cervix has no statistic significance(P＞0.05).The infiltrating degree of T lymphocyte in the CIN is higher than carcinoma and inflammatory and normal uterine tissue,the difference has statistic significance(P＜0.05).In carcinoma,the more soakage degree of DC,the more infiltrating degree of T lymphocyte,the two factors are positive correlation(r=0.47).Conclusion:DC and T lymphocyte react on the pathogenesis and development of cervical squmous carcinoma, combining to examine them can response the local immune function of the tumor,and provide experiment there under to prognosis and biological treatment in cervical carcinoma.
