Objective To investigate the relationship between the risk factors of coronary artery disease and the severity of the coronary artery lesions in Kazak races. Methods A total of 123 consecutively admitted Kazak races patients were studied retrospectively. All patients suspected to have coronary artery disease and underwent a selective coronary angiography and a survey of risk factors during the hospitalization. Results Through Logistic regression analysis, advanced age, HTG ,were confirmed to be independent risk factors for coronary artery disease in KAZAK races.. And course of diabetes mellitus, course of hypertension, smoking, HTC were not confirmed to have great relationship with coronary artery disease in KAZAK races from the mult iple regression analysis. Conclusions different from the Han Nationality Relationship between the risk factors of coronary artery disease and the severity of coronary artery lesions in KAZAK races were confirmed as age,HTG, increase of HbA1c in blood plasma .
