Objective:To investigate the Level of job satisfaction situation in medical staff in Xinjiang area, know the situation and emotional demand in hospital medical staff as well as the health policy, analyze questions of management in hospital, inquire about the method of the center of patient,insist the management pattern of the center of the staff in hospital and analyze correlation factor in order to provide corresponding measure for the hospital superintendent to enhance the enthusiasm of medical staffs. Base on the situation, we will propose a thought of the center of the human,adjust the strategy in hospital, promote the level of job satisfaction of medical staff and patient, strengthen the management of scientific and standardization,promote the comprehensive level in hospital. Contents and Methods:By using the convenient sampling method,1,500 medical staffs of six provincial or city hospitals were extracted to carry on the questionnaire survey. It includs six dimensions. views were recorded according to the likert five levels. Data were input by using the SPSS11.0 statistics software and carried on the statistical analysis. Results:Demographic characteristics of the medical staff job satisfaction has a certain impact,except there was no significant gender difference , the hierarchy in different hospitals, different titles, age, length of service, category, the level of education of medical staff satisfaction were significantly different.; Hospital medical staff at different levels of job satisfaction There was a significant difference, The job satisfaction of medical staff in band-3 hospital in higher than those in band-2 hospital.;Medical staff was not high jab satisfaction generally . Medical staff is most dissatisfied with the wages; satisfaction in descending order of social status, management systems, professional development, security, working conditions and remuneration for their work; Conclusion:Salary is the most main factor to influence job satisfaction. Promoting the level of job satisfaction of medical staff must be considered these factors and pay attention to difference in different community. Construction of the medical staff should be satisfied with the evaluation system and establish a reasonable remuneration system and improve the work of medical staff remuneration,providing professional development opportunities to enhance job satisfaction , raise the competitiveness of human resources, and mobilize medical staff in the working enthusiasm of scientific management of the implementation of this,the establishment of an effective management system,establishing a harmonious working environment, and improve medical personnel security;creating a harmonious cultural atmosphere of the hospital, improve hospitals core competitiveness.
