Most of China's shoe-making industry to manual brushing adhesive production, the production process widely used solvent-based adhesives, adhesive in these solvents if not taken effective measures, the health workers will cause great harm.In order to reduce the harm, shoe-making industry has been using low toxicity, non-toxic adhesive solve the problem of toxic hazards, but at the end of the bond to help connect parts, in order to ensure cohesive and adhesive bonding product quality production process requirements, not still need to avoid the use of the solvent-containing adhesive. To improve the air quality of hand-brushing workplaces, occupational health standards meet the requirements of the ventilation detoxification measures must be taken. According to manual brushing workplaces adhesive characteristics of the work, select external exhaust hood (suction hood) control. On the use of suction hood trap control, it should also be considered that the shoe-making workshop gooey-brushing workplace space layout, production process conditions and human relations, and so on, initially determined the location and shell size, be taken airflow numerical simulation and physical model of combining the re-testing methods, in order to maximize production in line with the actual operating conditions to identify external enclosures physical parameters and trapping efficiency of the relationship between the selection of reasonable parameters.
