It leads to multi-diseases by affecting oxygenated system and inducing damnification for genetic material.Plumbum is widely used in daily life but it is poisonous for external and central nervous system, hematopiesis system, cardiovascular system and genital system. It is positive carcinogenesis for animal and dubious cancerogen for human being.Cadmium is one of poisonous heavy metal elements which widely exists in environment. It is listed as the sixth toxic substance for human health by American committee of toxic administration. Cadmium is listed as the premier cancerogen not only for animal but also for human being by international carcinoma research institution. Cadmium is urgent and chronical poisonous for kidney, liver and sex gonad whereas liver is the important target organ.This study on Dong'e County through the use of aluminium-containing part of the food additive testing, investigation and analysis of the county aluminium content in foods such a level, the evaluation of the safety of such foods; The aluminum plant near the number of grain and vegetables in aluminum content testing, and samples were compared with the control, investigation of the aluminum production process of the crops in the area around the content of aluminum; The goods were sampling of plumbum, cadmium detection analysis, survey residents of East Azerbaijan intake of plumbum, cadmium and aluminum plant near the level of grain and vegetables in the plumbum, at the Dong'e County in food, vegetables of lead, cadmium content difference.
