Objective:1. The research aims to explore the three dimensional reconstruction performances of the lung tumor blood's multi-layered screw CT(MSCT) and the characteristics of the CD34 marked tumor micro-vessel density(MVD).Also the relevance between them is analyzed.2. Comparative analysis on lung tumor on lung tumor surgical operation apecimen and filament mirror biopsy specimen CD34 marked capillaries density is conducted, establishing convenient and accurate evaluation system, which provides help for the clinical involvement treatment.Method:1.the research applies the weidner method in 40 instances in chongqing medical college. Observations on the 1cm2 picture area scope continuously, accordingly the precision reaches 1.0mm to be possible to integrate the blood vessel counting.Results:1.the average micro-vessel density of the normal tissues of the 40 patients (17.23±6.52)/HP, and the average micro-vessel density of the lung tumor mag maligheat is (27.74±3.94)/HP, obviously, the lung tumor group is bigger than the normal tissue MVD(P<0.01),In the 40 surgery specimen ,the scale cancer 28 examples and the gland cancer 9 examples, and all of them are arteria bronchialis blood supply ,also 12 examples'lung tumor enhancement CT reconstruction image displays that tumor lump body has in and out the pulmonary artery to pass through , the encystations or to vanish nearby the tumor , no pulmonary artery becomes thick or enters.2, Applying MSCT in normal and the supply tumor arteria bronchialis initial sector inside diameter observation ,the supply tumor arteria bronchialis initial sector inside diameter is normal increasing 1~2mm(to be able to observe accurately is in doubt ,evidence is few; further observation is needed and exploration is followed), there is significant difference between the tissue arteria bronchialis of the normal and the central committee lung cancer and the periphery lung cancer patients(P<0.01) 3, Straight line correlation analysis is conducted on The surgical operation lung malignant tumor specimen MSCT blood vessel counting and corresponding surgery specimen CD34 marks the MVD determination.Both are bestowed with positive correlation (r=0.754, P=0.000) 4, The lung tumor surgical department excises the surgery specimen CD34 based on the lung tumor surgical specimen CD34 the micro-vessel density determination of lung cancer organization is 27.74±3.94 strip /HP, the micro-vessel density determination of the lung cancer organization 26.90±2.76 strips/HP. which is based on the filament mirror pliers with the tumor organization specimen CD34.
