Clinical And Experimental Study Of Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao Pills On Its Effects Of Union Faciliation

Objective: To observe the remarkable effects of Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills on healing fracture, we applied it to 60 patients with fracture and 60 Japan Rabbits fracture models.Methods: Clinical part :The patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group.The 60 Colle' s patients were treated by a same doctor.The 30 patients in the treatment group took Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills ,The 30 patients in the control group took She Xiang Jie Gu capsule.Experimental part: experiment was adopted on 60 Jappan Rabbits.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Standard fracture models were established at the lower 1/3 part of both radius with bone rongeur.No internal fixation was used during operation. Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills group was given Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill, control group was given She Xiang Jie Gu Jiao capsule. They were examed by extracting blood from heart on 3rd, 7th,14th,21st and 28th day after operation for histological observation,biochemistry and double X-ray obsorption used to analysize the biomechanics and bone density of scar.Results: Clinical part: The clinical resultsshowed that the remarkable effective rate of Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills in X-ray evaluation, swell subduing and the time of frature healing. The remarkable effects rate of Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills is 96.7%, The remarkable effects rate of She Xiang Jie Gu capsule group is 70% . Experimental part:(1) Histological observation: local bone scar adopted ABC dye. Results showed that Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill could accelerate the organization and reabsorption of blood swollen at fracture end,cause bone formation cell to multiply. (2) Biochemistry showed that serum Ca²⁺,P043- in maintained a stable level. ACP ALP result showed the tendency of rising gradually in the bone scar in the treatment group,they were higher than that in the control group at every time point. (3)The value of bone mineral density in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, the treatment group showed some better biomechanical property at the edn of fourth week.Conclusion: Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills can facilitate healing fracture. Its mechanism are:(1)Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill improves local blood hemo-fieology status and accelerate capillary to reproduce.(2)Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill can stimu-late bone cell formation and activity . (3)Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill can cause bone salt to recipitate.(4) Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pill can speed up bone reconstruction process. Zheng Gu Jie Gu Yao pills is an ideal drug in the clinic for promoting healing of fracture.
