| objective: To observe the effect of yiru granule on the female rat of hyperprola-ctinemia models.methods: subcutaneous injection of maxolon was applied to establish the mice model with hyperprolactinemia. Group I was the model group of hyperprolactinemia;group II was the treatment group with bromocriptine;group III was the high dosage treatment group; groupIV was the middle dosage group;group V was the low dosage group;groupVI was the normal rat treated with distilled water. The treatment lasted 30 days.serum levels of prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T),follile-stimulating hormone(FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and estrogen(E2)were detected.After weighed, the weight indexes of uterus and ovary were observed.The histomorphology of endometrium and ovary were studied .Finally, the apoptosis regulatory protein bcl-2 and bax were assayed through immunohistochemical method.and we used picture-analysing instrument to dispose the data.results:the middle and high dosage of yiru granule can not only inhibit the level of prolactin of the hyperprolactinimia rat models,but also increase the levels of estrogen and progesterone(P<0.05); the proliferation of the endometrium significantly increased as well as the histochemical expression of bcl-2. But the study of hemorheology showed no statistics significanceconclusion: Yiru granules can regulate the serum hormone levels in rats with hyperprolactinemia by decreasing PRL and by increasing LH,FSH and E2 levels. This results indicated that the mechanisms of Yiru granules maybe regulate the expressions of Bcl-2\Bax on the endometriotic and ovary cell apoptotic road,which possibly is one of mechanisms of Yiru granules in treating hyperprolactinemia.
