Animal Experiment Studies On Jingui Shenqi Bolus Plus Rhubarb Soup Treat Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: Discuss the mechanism of effects on the method of tonic kidney and spleen-remove muddy treat drug-induced chronic renal failure through study the mechanism of Jingui Shenqi bolus plus rhubarb soup treat rats'drug-induced chronic renal failure.Methods: Adenine established rat model of chronic renal failure,also treat Low dose group and High dose group with Jingui Shenqi bolus plus rhubarb soup.Results: The three groups led to the model number for the main symptoms of nocturia kidney deficiency symptoms., there is an upward trend in the model group on 24 hour urine protein and Creatinine,but without statistical significance, Low dose and high dose groups were significantly higher; BUN increased significantly; Pathology is that model three decrease in the number of both glomerular which are Shrinking like and normal form, Tubular cystic, Renal cortex of a brown colored crystal deposition, Large tubular damage, shrinking and disappearing and interstitial fibrosis obviously,and so on. After treatment, the Low dose and high dose groups'weight, 24-hour urinary protein, creatinine, blood urea nitrogen were restore,but no obvious difference compared with the model group. and obviously in good repair in pathological model. Also above target low dose and high dose groups were not significantly different.Conclusions: Adenine established rat model of chronic renal failure which tubular reabsorption is the main pathological changes dysfunction and there nocturia more. Speech with the medical renal dysfunction main water line. And It Produced abnormal renal function. Applicating Jingui Shenqi bolus plus rhubarb soup can repair renal damage, Encouraging Shenqi to restore Kidney function of water on one hand, promote the accumulation cloud from the narcotic to improve the symptoms of chronic renal failure and delay the progression of chronic renal failure.
