The Study On Possible Mechanism Of Shengxuezengbai Decoction In The Hemopoiesis-reconstruction Of Bone Marrow Transplant Mice

As an important method of treating many disease such an some hematopathy and cancer,bone marrow transplant(BMT) has been widely used in clinical. But many cases failed because of the fail of the hemopoiesis-reconstruction .The suppression of bone marrow function after heavy dose of radiation belongs to Deficiency of Blood in TCM. This paper provides an induction and analysis of the etiology,pathogenesis and medication regularity of Deficiency of Blood ,and chooses the effective traditional Chinese drugs shengxuexuezengbai decoction as the treating prescription.We try to investigate the possible mechanism of tonifying Kedney and spleen TCD in BMT field, and provide theory foundation for clinical application.Our experiment reseach indicates:this decoction can increase the number of WBC,RBC,HGB of outer blood cycle,which may be realized by modulating the expression of SCF and ICAM-1,conditioning marrow hemopoietic microenvironment , quickening marrow hemopoiesis-reconstruction ,improving the stem cell'differentiation and inhibiting apoptosis.
