The Theoretical And Experimental Research On The Combinated "Fangji" Of "Hou Pu San Wu Tang" And "Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao Tang"

"Hefang"comes of The Medical Classic of the Yellow Emperor ,the first doctor to use"Hefang"is Zhangzhongjing.This article is under the directions of the composition theory of Fangji,the seven emotional frustration composition principle of Chinese herb (Danxing,Xiangshi,Xiangxu,Xiangwei,Xiangsha,Xiangwu and Xiangfan),and using the theory of complete induction and the method of reliable pharmacology to systematically study the effects of"Hou Pu San Wu tang","Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"and"Hou Pu Qi Wu tang"on enterocinesia, gastric emptying, stomach secretion, motilin,gastrin of mice, which will reveal the pharmacodynamic"Leiqiqing"relationships between the three Fangjis on the aspects of"Xiangxu","Xiangshi","Xiangsha","Xiangwei","Xiangwu"and"Xiangfan". This article is also to research the"Hefang"of Zhang Zhongjing in pharmacology.From which we want to verify that the"Hefang"has the effects of addition,synergism or antagonism, to reveal that the"Hefang"has the"Leiqiqing"pharmacodynamic relationships between the Fangjis,to find the catholicity of the"Qiqing"between the Fangjis of the"Hefang", to provide the evidences of constructing the theory of"Hefang"and its clinical research and practice, and to expand the method and idea of the research of Fangji. The research revealed that: the"Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"displayed the effect of"Xiangshi"to"Hou Pu San Wu tang"in the aspect of enterocinesia,"Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"displayed the effect of"Xiangwei"to"Hou Pu San Wu tang"in the aspect of gastric emptying (that is to say,the gastric emptying effect of"Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"was reduced by "Hou Pu San Wu tang". And we also found that"Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"has more effect of protecting gastric mucosa than"Hou Pu San Wu tang", which means that"Gui Zhi Qu Shao Yao tang"displayed the effect of"Xiangsha"to"Hou Pu San Wu tang"in the aspect of the damage to the gastric mucosa.
