The Study On Fermentation Condition And Relieving Physical Fatigue Function Of Ganoderma-Astragalus

The rearch of innovative Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) had beenlimitated by finding effective components for a long term; today it was hard to findeffective components with new structure and medicinal value in the resources ofplants. Some effective components of TCMs were, low solubility in water, unstableand have toxic effects, all this affected their application. Microbial transformationwas the solution for these problems. After series of chemistry reactions, structures ofchemical constituents from TCMs were changed by microbial metabolity system orcatalysis of their enzymes, will have new medicinal values,low toxic effects or theeffects of TCMs will be better. Microbial transformation method was high-security,low-cost,short-period and had the positive meaning for resolve the contradictionbetween environment and energy.Ganoderma is Fungi belonging sector (Kingdom Fungi), Basidiomycetes Mun(basidiomycetes), Basidiomycetes program (Basidiomycetes), Ganoderma head(Ganodermatales), Ganoderma Branch (Ganodermataceae). Ganoderma has been inChina for over a thousand years of history, modern medical research has confirmedGanoderma anti-tumor, improve immune function, the treatment of cardiovascularand cerebrovascular diseases and other pHarmacological functions. In this paper,Ganoderma-Astragalus fermemtation and the relieving pHysical fatigue funcation ofthis fermemtation were rearched.1. Ganoderma-Astragalus fermemtation were chosen from sevenGanderma-TCMs afte experiment of mice burden swimming, sleeping experiment of mice induced by pentobarbital,experiment of mice active hypoxia,experiment ofeffect on the tumor weight in mice with S₁₈₀ tumor, relieving pHysical fatigue, sleepimprovement,hypoxia tolerance,anti-tumor fuctions of the ferrnemtitions wererearched. Then the fermentive conditions and the relieving physical fatigue funcationwere rearched.2. In six Ganoderma-Astragalus fermemtations, the relieving pHysical fatiguefuncation of GL-1.025-Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bege. var.mongholicus(Bge.) fermemtation was better, and the cost of it was cheapest. Theaddition was Astragalus powder, the content was 10g/L. Then, the enlargedfermented, experiment was done, the experiment results show that the process offermemtition which media added Astragalus as same as the process of fermemtitionwhich media did't add Astragalus.3. To study the effect of Ganoderma-Astragalus fermemtation on effect ofrelieving pHysical fatigue. Mice were divided into proups randomly. After giving theGanoderma-Astragalus fermemtation orally, we did weight load-bearing swimmingexperiment and tested the level of blood lactate level, blood urea and hepatisglycogen. The results indicated that Ganoderma-Astragalus fermemtation couldprolong exhausting swimming time, increase content of glycogen and decreasecontent of BUN in body. The data confirmed that Ganoderma-Astragalusfermemtation has the fuction of relieving pHysical fatigue. And acute toxicity testindicate that G-A is noponsonous.
