| Objective To detect the percentage of CD4~+CD25~+ T regulatory(Tr)cells and CD4~+CD25high T regulatory cells in peripheral blood in preeclampsia patients, normal non-pregnanct and pregnanct women. Methods We measured the surface antigens CD4~+CD25~+T cells and CD4~+CD25highTr cells in peripheral blood from patients suffering from preeclampsia(n=30)and age-matched patients undergoing normal early (n=13)and late preganancies(n=22)and non-pregnancy women(n=15)Results The expression frequency of CD4~+CD25~+T cells was decreased significantly(P<0.01)in PE women[6.64±1.10%]than that in normal late pregnancy women[12.26±1.32%], CD4~+CD25~+T cells in normal early women[11.21±1.40%]and in non-pregnancy women[10.8±1.05%]were decreased also(P<0.05). CD4~+CD25~+T cells in non-pregnancy was lower than in the normal early pregnancy women and without statistical meaning. Conclusion The number of CD4~+CD25~+ Tr and CD4~+CD25high Tr cells was found to be increased in normal pregnancy and decreased in PE. Therefore CD4~+CD25~+ Tr may play an tolerance and invoving the important role in maintaining materno-fetal pathogenesis of PE. |
