| Objective : To study one kind of Internal Fixation ---New Pterygo-ShapeTitanium Mesh Cage In Anterior Cervical , evaluate the biomechanical stability , and povide the theory basis for the product further improvement design and the preliminary clinical application .Methods : The New Pterygo-ShapeTitanium Mesh Cage was designed and made With the medical titanium net which is made by Shu Fa Mo company on the basis of unicortical screw fixation principle . Five fresh cervical spine specimens(C1-7) from young male cadavers were used to establish normal contrast(group A) , destabilizing cervical vertebrae (group B) , ilial crest strut graft(group C) , the eurous plate internal fixation(group D) , the New Pterygo-ShapeTitanium Mesh Cage internal fixation(group E) . Biomechanical stability analyses were performed by testing cervical vertebrae (C4-6) range of motion(ROM) in sequence . compare the stabilization of the New Pterygo-ShapeTitanium Mesh Cage internal fixation and the euros plate internal fixation with destabilizing cervical vertebrae .Result : The biological mechanics test indicated,New Pterygo-Shape Titanium Mesh Cage may provide the effective stabilization to the destabilizing cervical vertebrae , it has the remarkable difference with the destabilizing cervical vertebrae stage movement scope comparison (P<0.01) , it's anti-antefexion and anti-postextend function exceeds norma cervical vertebrae . it's anti-revolution and anti-curvature inferior to the plate .Conclusion : New Pterygo-ShapeTitanium Mesh Cage has the good biological mechanics stability , it can provide the effective stabilization to the under cervical vertebra anterior decompression fusion . This system operation is simple , in sets at the expense to be low , suits in the people under the cervical vertebra anatomic structure and the function characteristic , has the broad clinical application prospect . |
