| Objectives: To observe and explore the protective effect of the herbal compound prescription for activating blood on the cardiomyocytes through clinical observation on the coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and experiment study on the cardiomyocytes during hypoxia-reoxygenation.Methods: According the randomized control trial, they were invited to the group of the herbal compound prescription for activating blood and group of the Western medicine. The therapeutic difference between compound prescription for activeating blood and Western medicine in patient's symptoms, blood-lipid, blood rheology,atrialnatriuretic factor and endothelin were observed. Through making the serum containing the compound prescription for activeating blood, culturing the primary neonatal mice cardiomyocytes, patterning the injure during hypoxia-reoxygenation, the influence was analysised on the LDH activity, the SOD activity, the expression of Fas protein and the apoptosis index.Results: The compound prescription for activeating blood has the better effects on the patient's symptoms,TG,LDL,blood rheology,ANF and ET, and the total effective rate was 88.89%. And it can protect the injure during hypoxia-reoxygenation by reducing the LDH activity,enhancing the SOD activeity,decreasing the Fas protein expression and the apoptosis index.Conclusion: The results indicated that the compound prescription for activeating blood has the better protective effect of the cardiomyocytes. |
