Partâ… :Establishment of the animal models with renal injury caused by high intensity military trainingObjective To establish rat models with acute and chronic renal injury caused by high intensity military training that could be used for investigation. Methodsâ‘ One-time exhausting training:Forty male SD rats,12 weeks old, were randomized into control group(n=8), common-training group(n=16)and military-training group(n=16)with the latter two groups taking on one-time exhausting running exercises on treadmill by different ways. Observe the different values in serum, urine and tissue right after training and 24 hours later.â‘¡Continue training:Thirty male SD rats,4 weeks old, were randomized into control group(n=10), common-training group(n=10)and military-training group(n=10)with the latter two groups taking on continue moderate to high intensity running exercises on treadmill by different ways for 8 weeks. The activities of Na~+,K~+-ATP ase in kidney directly influence the function of the renal tubule,and indirectly lead to hematuria and proteinuria.Second The changes of angiotensinâ…¡and AT1R in kidney during high intensity military trainingObjective To study the changes of angiotensinâ…¡and AT1R in kidney during the high intensity military training,to investigate the pathogenesis. With the prolongation of the training time, RAS in kidney become more and more important.One-time exhausting military training activate RAS and increase the expressionin of AT1R.Continue moderate intensity military training activate RAS but decrease the expressionin of AT1R.,and continue high intensity military training can increase the expressionin.Partâ…¢The research of the preservation and healing about renal injury caused by high intensity military trainingObjective To study the respective protection of Losartan, Vitamin E, and traditional chinese drug during the renal injury caused by high intensity military training. Methods Fifty male SD rats,4 weeks old, were randomized into control group(C,n=10),military-training group(M,n=10), Losartan group(L,n=10), Vitamin E group(E,n=10), traditional chinese drug group(Z,n=10),with the latter four groups taking on continue moderate to high intensity running exercises on treadmill according to the animal model for 8 weeks. And enforce intragastric administration respective with Losartan 20mg/kg, Vitamin E 50mg/kg, traditional chinese drug 2ml in the latter three groups. Observe the different urine values every weeks,and the values in serum and urine at last.Results The urine protein became lower than M group at 3 weeks in L group,5 weeks in E group,8 weeks in Z group,but all the values were higher than C group(P<0.05).The values of urine protein at last were C
